Our Process

Focus & Preparation

Molten crystal glass gathered from our state of the art, high efficiency electric furnaces

Liquid glass is rolled into a perfect cylinder as the bubble is being introduced.

The second and final gather of glass is cooled

Freshly gathered glass is carefully shaped using a wooden block

Air is blown into the glass while elongating the bubble to prepare it for the mold

The glass is extracted from the mold and separated from the pipe

The glass is inspected for quality and then placed in the kiln to cool

A diamond is used to score the cup to the proper height

The lip of the glass is flame polished using a high powered precision torch
